Dear Skaters, partners, federations,

Following our first World Cup in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and following meeting with skaters during this event. The IFSA listen to the various wishes and adapt the event rule slightly to be adapted to the skaters’ wishes. Therefore the following points are now in place:

  • Following the First best trick (ranking Best Trick),  skaters will be entitle to choose their start position for their First run, in qualification order.
  • Only the 8 for Men and 6 for women, non qualified for the second run skaters will go to the second chance best trick. All the others skaters; from 17+ for men and 13+ for women, will end their competition after the first run. The number of two skaters allowed to go to the second chance remains un-changed.

These changes are with immediate effect and will be in place for the next event in Nice.

An other consultation will take place in Nice to have the skaters feed back.

The IFSA want to thanks all the skater for their assistance in creating the best rules for our sport.
