    If you want to apply more force to the ground, youu need to figure out what your
    weakness is and work on it. But try to find one thing thst you’re good
    at aand go outt there and doo it well. Always warm up and steetch bbefore performing any of these exercises.
    As usual, of course there are necessary equipment involved.
